Förra veckan var det ju pressvecka och vårens kollektioner visades upp på de största bloggarna. Topshop såg bra ut som vanligt och deras vårskor kommer att hålla samma klass som de gjort under hösten och vintern. Topshop är ju som bekant inte rädda att inspireras av designers och det verkar de inte sluta med. Visst är den här skon, som kommer i vår, väldigt lik den sko som kommer från Louis Vuitton´s vårkollektion?

Det var längesedan jag gjorde ett Versusinlägg, men nu är det dags igen.
Man kan väl lugnt säga att Topshop har varit inspirerade av Yves Saint Laurent när de gjorde den här skon. De är inte precis likadana, men de påminner väldigt mycket om varandra. Jag tycker nog att Topshops variant var lite snyggare, men jag skulle väldigt gärna ha ett par riktiga YSL i garderoben. Vem tycker du gjorde det bäst, YSL eller Topshop?



It´s been a while since my last Versus-post, but here we go again.
I think it´s safe to say that Topshop was inspired by Yves Saint Laurent when they made this shoe. They´re not exactly alike, but very similar to eachother. I think I like the Topshop one a little bit better, but I´d really like a pair of YSL heels in my closet. So, who do you think did it best, YSL or Topshop?

Många har hyllat den de nitade skorna från Topshop. Jag tycker också de är snygga. Men visste ni att Galliano gjorde originalet? Jag upptäckte det för någon dag sedan och kända mig tvungen att göra ett Versuscollage av dem. Gallianos var lite rolig med den speciella klacken, men jag gillar klackar som är lite mer vanliga än så, så min favorit är Topshopskon utan knytning. Vilken tycker du gjorde det bäst?



The studded heels from Topshop have been raised to the sky by alot of people. I like them too, but did you know that Galliano made the original? I discovered this a few days ago, and I immediately felt compelled to do a Versus-post. Galliano has that curved heel going on, but I´m more of a tradtional girl so my favourit is the Topshop style without the laces. Who do you think did it best?

Jag vet att jag redan har gjort en Versus med Guccistövlen, men jag kan inte få nog av dem och nu har jag hittat ytterligare en inspirerad variant. Den kommer från Bakers och är den snyggaste av dem alla tycker jag. Det ser nämligen ut som om den har en liten inbyggd platå, och jag älskar platå! Bakers skickar tyvärr inte till Sverige och accepterar inte betalningar från bankkort som inte är registrerade i USA. Skittrist!
Vilken tycker du är snyggast, Gucci, Asos eller Bakers?



I know I´ve already done a Versus-post of the Gucciboot, but I can´t get enough of them and now I´ve found yet another inspired pair. This one is from Bakers and it´s the most gorgeous of them all if you ask me. It looks like they have a hidden platform, and I love platforms! Unfortunately Bakers don´t ship to Sweden and they don´t accept creditcards that are registered outside the US. That sucks!
Which one do you like, Gucci, Asos or Bakers?

Som ni vet så har jag varit lite besatt av Gucci den senaste tiden. Deras Babouskakollektion, skorna med nitar, är ju bara helt fantastisk!
Nu har jag hittat en snygg inspirerad variant av stövlen med nitar på baksidan. ASOS är skaparen och jag måste nog beställa hem ett par... Vilken tycker du är snyggast, Gucci eller ASOS?



As you all know by now, I´ve had this obsession with Gucci lately. Their shoe-line Babouska is just amazing!
Now I´ve found a boot inspired by the one with the studs on the backside. ASOS is the one behind it, and I just might have to buy a pair... Which one do you think did it best, Gucci or ASOS?

Både Vagabond och H&M har i höst kommit med en sko som har kilklack och en dragkedja fram. Vagabonds variant ligger på 1200 kr medan H&M´s variant ligger på endast 349 kr. Men den från Vagabond är i och för sig äkta skinn, vilket gör att den kommer att hålla längre.

Both Vagabond and H&M has done a boot with wedge and frontzipper this fall. For the Vagabondboot you have to pay 1200 SEK and for the H&M style you only have to pay 349 SEK. But, the Vadagond is made of leather so it will definitely last longer.
Which one do you like more, Vagabond or H&M?

Min provperiod på Photoshop är slut så jag måste göra min collage i ett uråldrigt program på den staionära datorn, så de ser lite skumma ut... Jag ska köpa Photoshop när jag får lön, längtar!

Minns ni de otroligt höga och iögonfallande rosavita skorna som Mary-Kate sågs bära i våras? De kommer från Giambattista Valli och nu har jag hittat en inspirerad variant. Den kommer från den amerikanska webshopen Shiekh Shoes och de skickar till Sverige. Vill du ha likadana skor som M-K är det bara att börja shoppa!

My tryout-period with Photoshop is over so I have to do my collages in an ancient program on our stationary PC, so they look a bit odd... But when I get my paycheck Photoshop is the first thing I´ll buy, can´t wait!

Do you remember the superhigh, eyecatching, pink and white heels that was spotted on Mary-Kate this spring? The designer is Giambattista Valli and I have found an inspired pair on Shiekh Shoes. So if you want the look of M-K just start shopping! But which one do you like best, the GIambattista Valli or the Shiekh ones?

Som ni kanske minns så gjorde jag några Versus-inlägg på gamla bloggen, där jag jämförde skor och berättade om jag tyckte att originalen eller de "inspirerade" var snyggast. Jag frågade även vad ni läsare tyckte. Jag tyckte den kategorin var ganska kul och nu tänkte jag fortsätta med den här. Först ut är Babouska Open Toe Sandal med nitar som Gucci visade på deras höstvisning. Den enda kopia jag lyckats hitta kommer från Jeffrey Campbell. Personligen tycker jag att Jeffrey´s variant är snyggare, för att den har lite högre platå. Men Gucci´s variant ser lite exklusivare ut...Nja, det blir nog oavgjort här. Vad tycker du?



On my old blog I used to have a category called Versus. I used to compare the original shoe with the inspired one, and ask what you thougt about it and write what I thought about it. I liked that category so I´ve decided to do the same here. So every once in a while these posts will come up.
First up is the studded Babouska Open Toe sandal that Gucci showed for fall 08. I could only find one copy (so far) and that´s by Jeffrey Campbell. I personally like the Jeffrey Campbell shoe more and that´s because it has a higher platform. Although the Gucci looks more exclusive...Well I think this is a tie. What do you think?
